Occupational Risk Prevention

We define occupational risk as the possibility of a worker suffering any damage in the workplace, so each company must develop its safety standards according to the sector, taking into account the obligation to implement a Prevention of Occupational Risks.

With our advice, we will try to avoid any administrative, civil and/or criminal liability for damages, due to the fact of not having complied with the regulations on ORP.

Our team of professionals will advise you on:

01.

Make an initial evaluation of the occupational risks and establish preventive measures to avoid injuries to workers and sanctions to the company.

02.

Informing workers of the risks and preventive measures of their job.

03.

To train workers in matters of Occupational Risk Prevention related to their position or common areas of the company.

04.

To offer workers the possibility of periodic medical examinations.

05.

Document and carry out a planning of the preventive activity.
