About Us

Mario is a founding partner of the firm, graduated in law from the University of Barcelona with a postgraduate degree in legal practice from the Barcelona Bar Association, specializing in procedural, civil and criminal law. His practice has focused on real estate law, banking law and claims derived from civil liability. After working in different small and medium size law firms, he has developed most of his professional career as head of the Legal Area of the family office, founded in 1951. He advises individuals and companies on the promotion, acquisition and financing of all kinds of real estate projects, designing investment strategies with high returns. He has great experience in contractual, leasing and horizontal property matters, knows the real estate market and has advised and brokered many asset sale and purchase transactions. A lover of procedural practice, he regularly represents the firm’s clients before the Courts and Tribunals. Having completed his primary studies at the Lycée Français in Barcelona, Mario is bilingual in French, and also speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and Catalan. His passion is sport, mountains, nature and, above all, animals; it is also not strange to see him diving into the sea -when bad weather makes it close to Barcelona- to surf some waves.
